At your initial hypnotherapy session I find out a little more about you and your issue, if you are suitable for hypnotherapy, and indeed if I can help you. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Afterwards, we either book your next session or, if we agree that hypnotherapy isn't for you (it can happen), the session is free and we go our separate ways. The first session takes between an hour and an hour and a half and all other sessions are an hour.

Depending on the nature of your issue the number of sessions required vary, on average it's around 3 or 4 sessions. Stop Smoking and Weight Loss are a package that includes your sessions and ongoing support (ask for more details).
